How can I connect to Easy KM^TM ?

Connect you to a Web browser (internet explorer, firefox...) and enter the site address: https://www.easykm.eu/nameofthebase. Enter you login and your password : you are connected to your base.

Is the access via Internet to Easy KM^TM securitized?

The access to Easy KM^TM is completely securitized, and is done via a HTTPS protocol. The exchanges done on the platform are fully encrypted and use the SSL safety protocols. Moreover, a login and a unique password are assigned to each user. For more security, the system can generate these passwords automatically.

Easy KM^TM is an animation tool which allow to treat, to manage, to share and to transmit all types of documents, to animate a group of collaborators in network and to capitalize knowledge.

Can I have an interface in several languages ?

Easy KM^TM free version enables you to choose between an English, a French and a Spanish interface. Easy KM^TM Premium Business full version gives more liberty and allows you to choose to adapt one or more language of interface.

What are the differences between Easy KM^TM Initial and Easy KM^TM Business Premium ?

Easy KM^TM Initial proposes the basic functionalities to allow to set up a platform of collaborative work.
